Walker & Associates, Inc. is a training & consulting company implementing performance improvement processes designed for customer acquisition, increased revenues, leadership and customer retention. We have over 48 years experience in development of processes and people within both large and small organizations. We bring a unique approach in blending context, content and process to organizational performance.
 
Our approaches have been implemented with thousands of people in a variety of industries including newspapers, financial services, communications, utilities, manufacturing, housing authorities and direct sales.
 
All our consultants and trainers have significant experience and years of producing lasting results for clients. Our team is drawn from some the best trained talent and on average each has over 10 years of facilitation and coaching experience distinguishing them from the rest of the field. Many of them have reached prestigious levels of Master Trainer and Certified Tailoring Specialists based upon their training and product development skills.
 
Each project adds to our continuous learning and knowledge base. Everything from our participation in a Masters of Arts Program in Organizational Leadership to strategic leadership insights, new formats, proven methodologies and best practices is incorporated into client strategies for success.
 
The Advisory Council Forum we developed allows business owners and executives to discuss specific issues with focused advise resulting from real world applications. The floating boardroom process allows authentic conversations with actionable steps suggested from other business professionals.
 
We also consistently contribute back to our communities whether it be serving on an International Leadership Board, to involvement with numerous committees to serving on the Board of Junior Achievement which helped serve over 39,000 students last year alone develop financial literacy, our commitment is to help others be better.
